Job Description: Supervises costume facilities, video stock and video recording applications. Maintains mailing lists, call boards, laundry and company calendars. Performs basic clerical and production functions such as mail processing, filling, video recording and duplication and relieves other staff in assigned area. Aids in production week events and set up.
Required Skills: Experience in using the following equipment: calculator, DVD player, stereo, lighting boards, instruments, washing machine and dryer, video recording equipment copier/scanner. Experience using excel and word. Ability to organize, pay attention to details, and type. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions, meet deadlines, communicate effectively and establish cooperative working relationships.
Desired Skills: Knowledge of the dance field and dance production. Experience using Adobe products including Final Cut, In Design and Photoshop.
Work Schedule: The work schedule is a flexible schedule based on the student schedule. There is work on evenings and some weekends.

Job Description: Greets students; ensures students log in and log out of TutorTrac; answers phone; checks out textbooks, solution manuals, and other resources for use in the Math Center; helps students log on to the campus network; offers assistance with basic computer issues such as saving files, printing, navigating learning management systems (Canvas, MathAS, etc.), and accessing student e-mail accounts; makes sure the Math Center is clean and orderly; provides support with projects such as entering survey results, escalates unresolved problems to appropriate staff member, and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills: Basic computer knowledge, knowledge of Microsoft Office and learning management systems, good customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask.
Desired Skills: Advanced computer knowledge, such as formatting documents and creating presentations, knowledge of using Google Docs, and Google Sheets is helpful.
Work Schedule: Mondays through Thursdays anytime between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm
Fridays anytime between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
