Duties include but are not limited to: screening and routing phone calls and visitors, responding to student inquiries requiring detailed knowledge of college policies and procedures, performing outbound student enrollment calls, coordinating communication campaigns and mailing projects, and data entry.

Students who excel at this position may be hired in the summer as a non-work study position paid by the department.
